Our returns policy.

Damaged/Faulty on Arrival

Goods which are damaged, dead or faulty on arrival must be reported within 5 business days of delivery, failing to do so your return will be treated as a warranty repair.

We may from time to time accept goods later than 5 days as dead on arrival if acceptable reason and proof are provided.

All returned goods must include all original packaging and accessories or else the return will not be accepted.

Incorrect Goods

If you receive goods which you did not order you must report it to us within 5 business days of delivery, failing to do so you will not be able to return the incorrect goods. We may from time to time accept returning of incorrect goods older than 5 business days.

All returned goods must be unopened if they are individually packaged, some goods may be accepted if opened if unused and no missing parts.

Returns for Guarantees and Warranties

All goods returned under guarantees must include the original packaging as well as all accessories, manuals, etc. Goods must not be damaged, scratched, scuffed, misused, abused or in any condition that differs from the condition in which the goods were received.

Goods returned for warranty repair, where not stated otherwise in the warranty, shall be for the customers account, goods returned for warranties, guarantees or refunds where applicable will not include any delivery charges, this includes the initial delivery as well as us collecting the goods to be returned.

Refund on Delivery Fees

Courier, post and/or delivery fees are non-refundable!

We may from time to time waive certain sections of this agreement where acceptable reasons are provided.
