Delivery and postage information.

Please note: We can only deliver within South Africa, we cannot export.

We can only deliver to urban areas, not rural areas.


Delivery Methods:

We deliver orders via third party courier services, depending on the size of your order we will use either Globeflight Couriers or Bigfoot. Generally we will send via the cheapest option, depending on the size of your order delivery may be 1 - 5 business days. If you need urgent delivery contact us and for an additional charge we can send via Overnight Express.

If your order is not too large, you may choose for us to send your order via the South African Post Office or via Pargo.

Postal Services using the South African Post Offices:

  • Post Office Counter
    • Goods are delivered to your nearest Post Office where you have to collect the goods. This is the most economical option for small orders, delivery time is on average 3 - 5 days although when there are strikes and other delays in the post office this service can take up to 20 business days to receive your order.

  • Pargo (NEW)
    • Goods are delivered to a selected Pargo Point. Please visit to find your Pargo Point Number (pup###) and then provide us with this number when you checkout so we know which Pargo Point to send your parcel. This typically takes 1 - 5 business days.

All delivery methods are considered over business days and do not include weekends or public holidays. Some options may not be available based on such things as weight and/or location, all options will be shown to you on checkout or in your shopping cart page.

Delivery is free (door to door) for orders over R 2,000.00. We will use the cheapest courier option, depending on the weight of your order this may take 1 - 5 business days.

Please Note: We cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays once goods have left our offices, delays with the post office or couriers for whatever reason cannot be helped by us and it is out of our control, goods delivered by the post office can take up to a month to arrive should there be strikes or other issues with the post office, majority of the time you can expect delivery within a week.

Liquid products cannot be sent through the postal service even though the option will be available to select postal services, orders with liquid products have to be sent via courier as the post office will not accept them.

Orders paid by 13:00 will usually be dispatched on the same day where stock is available.


Delivery Charges:

Delivery charges (also referred to as shipping charges) are estimated based on the volumetric weight of your order. If you are in an outlying area for the couriers, your shipping charges may be more than our estimates in which case we will notify you and you may have to pay additional charges.

SEAL Water Tech cannot be held responsible for unforeseen shipping delays incurred by couriers or postal services.

SEAL Water Tech insures all deliveries, in the event your order is dead/damaged on arrival, a refund or replacement will be made within reasonable time provided we are advised of the damages within 48hrs of you receiving the delivery.

Goods will only be delivered once full payment is received.
